Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 200 G of cream
- 1 chopped tomato
- 500 G of potato (potato)
- 2 Calabrian-type sausages
- Grated cheese to taste
- Chives chopped to taste
- Salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
Sauce:
- 3 Tablespoons (soup) well filled with sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons (soup) well filled with mayonnaise
- 1 japanese cucumber
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Dill to taste – optional
Preparation
- Place the eggs in a container, the cream and beat well until incorporate and stay a homogeneous mixture.
- Then add the chopped chives to taste, chopped tomatoes and season with a pinch of salt.
- After each addition, give a quick mixture.
- Now peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and distribute in a baking sheet – use, if possible, a marinex.
- If not, you can use a way to bake cake, those aluminum.
Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika to taste and a generous drizzle of olive oil or oil. - Cut the sausages into slices or cubes, as desired, and spread them over the seasoned potato.
- Pour the mixture of eggs and cream on top, cover with grated cheese and bake in preheated oven
- 180o for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.
- In a container put the sour cream, mayonnaise, season with a pinch salt, pepper to taste and mix well.
- Chop the dill, add in the sauce and mix again.
- Grate the cucumber and garlic on the thinnest part of the grater, incorporate into the sauce and mix.
- Once the first recipe is baked, cut into pieces (like lasagna) and serve with the sauce on top.
- Make this finish on the plate, after all, if someone does not like sauce, you can also taste the recipe.
- In addition, you can prepare another sauce of your choice for accompaniment. Feel free to innovate!
