Ingredients
For freezing:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) salted oil, refrigerate and store
4-5 tablespoons water
For the filling:
2 cups mixed cheese (e.g. grated or crumbled cheddar, mozzarella and feta cheese)
4 large eggs
1 cup hard
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Add: fried onion, fried onion, ham or roast ham
Preparation
Prepare the crust:
Mix flour and salt: Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Cut the butter: Cut the cold butter into the spice mixture or flour mixture with your fingers until it becomes small flakes.

Baking: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the filling is golden brown.
Cooling: Allow the cheese to cool slightly before slicing. This makes the filling easier to prepare, cut and serve.
Success tips:
Blind bake: If it is slightly dirty, you can blind bake the crust for 10 minutes before adding the filling. Just line baking paper, fill with pie weights or baked beans, and bake.
